HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All items are crocheted by me. Where possible, I use 100% recycled cotton cord in three sizes: 3mm, 5mm and 9mm.
Please note that the glittery cords are made using 90% recycled materials.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class parcel delivery and larger items will be sent by courier.
Some items will be folded flat for shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
